ORDINANCE NO. 2011-25 SUMMARY
The following Ordinance provides that in the CY 2011 Budget year, the final appropriations of the Township of Lakewood shall, in accordance with this Ordinance and N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14, be increased by 3.5% over the previous year's final appropriations, amounting to $1,743,392, and that the CY 2011 Municipal Budget for the Township of Lakewood be approved and adopted in accordance with this Ordinance. This Ordinance further provides that any amount authorized herein that is not appropriated as part of the final Budget shall be retained as an exception to final appropriation in either of the next two succeeding years.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance, having been introduced on first reading on Thursday, May 12, 2011, was duly passed on final reading at a regular meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood in the County of Ocean on Thursday, May 26, 2011, at the Lakewood Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey.
